Cottage descripton

Chatka Maverick 1/2 /surfclub/ sa nachádza 200 metrov od brehu nádrže Domaša - časť Eva Holčíkovce smerom na stredisko Monika. Jedná sa o malú chatku s jednou obytnou izbou, kde sa môžu vyspať až 4 osoby. Ďalej je tu kuchynka so sklo-keramickou doskou a chladničkou. Teplú vodu zabezpečuje malý bojler. V kúpeľni je sprchový kút a toaleta. Chatka je vybavená satelitnou TV / rádiom a dvoma dvojposchodovými posteľami. Pred vchodovými dverami je priestranná terasa a za chatkou je priestor s posedom /stôl a dve lavice priestor na kladenie ohňa/. Na chatke je aj možnosť grilovať.

Počas pobytu sa môžete na jazere venovať rôznym vodným aktivitám, vrátane windsurfingu, plachtenia, člnkovania alebo jazde na vodných skútroch, zachytať si ryby alebo sa potápať. V blízkosti sa nachádza reštaurácia Solaris, kde je príjemné posedenie s barom a o kúsok ďalej je krčmička, kde sa môžete občerstviť. Neďaleko je Surfclub – Windsurfing Domaša.

Parkovanie auta je priamo pred chatou. Chata je umiestnená pod lesom, v príjemnej tôni stromov, čim je chránená pred letnými horúčavami. Chata prešla renováciou na jar 2020. Po každej návšteve robíme ozónovú dezinfekciu, aby sme zamedzili šíreniu nežiadúcich plesní, baktérií, vírusov a iných mikroorganizmov.

45 EUR/chata za noc od Piatka do Pondelka
Pri pobyte iba na jednu noc 45 EUR/chata
Počas sezóny /obdobie prázdnin/ je cena chatky za noc 60,- EUR, v prípade záujmu o dlhší pobyt je možná zľava.

Miestny poplatok za ubytovanie v sume 0,50 eur za osobu a noc nie je zahrnutý v cene /Všeobecné záväzné nariadenie obce Holčíkovce č. 5/2012/.

Ak chcete záväzne objednať treba uhradiť celú sumu za nájom dopredu alebo ak iba rezervovať tak potom uhradiť depozit 10% z celkovej sumy. V prípade, že by ste rezerváciu zrušili depozit sa nevracia. Pri objednávaní je storno poplatok rovnako 10%, ale je účtovaný len ak stornujete pobyt v termíne kratšom ako dva týždne pred prvým dňom pobytu. Inak vraciame samozrejme celú sumu, čo je pre vás výhodnejšie. Číslo účtu pre úhradu je SK2111000000008013201457. Do poznámky dajte meno a priezvisko alebo mail a dátum nástupu. Do mailu Vám potvrdím rezerváciu. Potom mi môžete ak chcete pre istotu zavolať.

Na chatke je zriadený bez-obslužný systém ubytovania. Každý nájomca získa pri ubytovaní bezpečnostný kód, ktorým otvorí skrinku na kľúče od chatky. Po príchode stačí zapnúť ističe /ak sú vypnuté/ a chatku možno užívať. Nezabudnúť zatvoriť chladničku.
Pri odchode, je zasa potrebné otvoriť chladničku, vypnúť ističe, zamknúť chatku, kľúče skryť do skrinky na kľúče a pretočiť číselný kód.
Pred odchodom mi môžete zavolať. Tak aspoň nemusíte čakať na chatára a dohodnúť si čas príchodu a odchodu.
